The Museum archives hold a number of plans, photos and literature which will be of particular interest to mature students who are researching into relevant local history or transport.
A Treasure Trove of Local History
The Museum traces not just the history of the structure but also the story of Southend on Sea as it evolved as Londoners discovered the benefit of fresh sea air away from the city.
